CLIENT: Kelly’s Candles is an ecommerce store that sells handmade soy candles.

PURPOSE: This autoresponder is sent to recipients after signing up for emails. The lead magnet is a 10% off coupon code.

Granite – Recruiting Campaign

CLIENT: Granite Bank is a 100+ year-old community bank

PURPOSE: This is an email recruiting campaign to get Loan Officers to join Granite. The audience is somewhere between solution-aware and product-aware. There’s an accompanying social media campaign also.

Granite – Welcome/UX Emails

CLIENT: Granite Bank is a 100+ year-old community bank.

PURPOSE: These are highlights from a customer-facing email welcome sequence. The customer starts receiving these emails once they’ve started the loan process with Granite. I rewrote the emails and made them more warm, inviting, and user-friendly to give a good first impression of the bank and make the customer feel welcome.

Dabble – Day 0 autoresponder and welcome email sequence

CLIENT: Dabble Writer is B2C SaaS for aspiring novelists. Dabble helps writers plan, plot, and finish writing a novel.

PURPOSE: This autoresponder and 3-email welcome sequence is sent to recipients after signing up for the lead magnet, a webinar that shows writers key steps they can take to better manage their writing time. The sequence teases the webinar’s content and ultimately entices the reader to sign up for a free trial of Dabble.

Dabble – sales email sequence

CLIENT: Dabble Writer is B2C SaaS for aspiring novelists. Dabble helps writers plan, plot, and finish writing a novel.

PURPOSE: A continuation of the previous sequence on this page, this 6-email sales sequence is sent to recipients after the welcome emails. The sequence convinced the reader to sign up for a free trial of Dabble.
